Hickory Creek Mastiffs

GCHB Hickory Creek’s First Dark Hunter Acheron CHIC 7/10/2017 - 11/1/2022

Todd & I are mourning the loss of our baby boy.  Ash left us Tuesday evening after a hard fight through 3 surgeries & a week in the ICU, all from a bowel obstruction and then serious complications.

Ash was our first Hickory Creek baby, a singleton as well, grandma Deanna used to joke that he didn’t need legs because I carried him everywhere.  He was handsome, sweet, silly, spoiled, a giant goober & as Aunt Carrie would say, super puppy & Ash-hole.

Ash was the youngest championed mastiff (7 1/2ish months), 2019 Bucks Best of Breed winner and an AKC Bronze Grand Champion.  But to us, he was just Ashy.

Ash-a-Roo was relentless about his meals & would demand that his humans and guests play with him and his favorite giant rope. He was an excellent snuggler, gave smooches (along with nibbles) & sired some beautiful babies.

A sincere thank you for your support and to all those who loved and cared for our Ash.

I am so sorry for you loss. I lost my baby girl Blue on the 30th. Sweet babies transform our lives in ways we could never even imagine,
